Last year i was diagnosed with hypertension 150/90 and my age is 25 now.. Dr gvs me Amcard AT . After few months i relize some sideeffect. Like heart palplation , dizziness and anxity.. i want to quit these drug .. help me

You are having stage 1 hypertension. I would suggest you to take coveryl instead of amcard at. if you wish to stop bp meds completely, its difficult however u can try walking, yoga and diet control. since you are in stage 1, this may work for you.
